About Hank Sundown
Don´t be fooled, Hank Sundown is NOT an Elvis-imitator! He plays what he like to
call traditional rockabilly. Rockabilly the way it was played 1954 to 1956. It´s
primitive, it´s wild and it´s smokin´ hot!
Up til now, Hank Sundown has been a well kept secret, and just a studio-project.
Hank Sundown (or Arild Rønes as he is know to friends) has tried to recapture the
sounds of the early days of rock & roll and rockabilly in his small studio. He has
managed to get a sound close to what you would expect to find on a Buffalo Bop
or White Label album.
He is now ready to take his music out to a live audience and tear up the stage at
your local honky tonks and beer joints.
He is at the moment searchin´ high and low for musician with a feel for traditional
